Question for OK FURNITURE RAINBOW FINANCE - COLLECTIONS OFFICE

I need to find out why is your staff so rude when they calling for arrears account.
If any person falls into arrears surely there is a valid reason.
I don't see why must the debt collector be rude. Do you charge interest on a daily basis?
