Rapid Repairs & Renovations’ inception into the building, maintenance and renovations industry commenced in 2004, with its Director, Brett Vee being a fully qualified Real Estate Agent and running and independent Real Estate Agency as a Principal Agent.

During his activities in the letting, sales and management of properties in Johannesburg, and especially during the property boom period between 2002 and 2007, Brett gained substantial experience dealing with large construction companies, renovators and contractors, specialising in finishing off newly built units in complexes and freehold properties alike.

flooring products, and installing some quality fixtures and accessories, could hugely increase the selling price of a property.

This resulted in the establishment of Rapid Repairs & Renovations or 3R as we like to refer to ourselves, to work side by side with our real estate team and add value to our existing practice and complement our expertise. We were able to enhance the efficacy of our services by delivering a quick and useful maintenance service for investor buyers who needed their units maintained on a regular basis, or renovate properties with the view of selling them at greater profit margin.

The company is now completely independent and works solely as a renovations company, dedicated to the highest quality workmanship using high quality materials. It continues to incorporate the latest methods and techniques, including the implementation of overseas based products and application to get the finest finishes.

Whenever possible and of value, 3R continues to incorporate additional services to its existing portfolio to be able to service its clients fully. Alternatively it utilises its large base of networking partners to sub-contract for exceptional requirements. The project management of such assignments are nevertheless still be facilitated by 3R.
