When my mother passed away, I was suddenly hit with the responsibility of having to take over a household. Initially I struggled to learn to cook and find the perfect cut of meat our family always enjoyed in the past.

One day, I popped in at Ajohaar Butcher and was met with the most helpful and sincere service I have had the pleasure of ever coming across. The owner and staff listened to what I needed and made recommendations which now, 10 years later has never made me regret to become a regular customer.

It is an absolute pleasure for me to pop in and buy the meat and cold meats our family needs and the staff have always been helpful and listen to what you want.

I can without a doubt confirm Ajouhaar has the most tastiest sausage in Cape Town. Since they tried,tested and introduced their smokey worsies I havent hosted or attended a braai without them and guest at the braai always finds it a hit and enquires where I get them, well if 1 out of every 10 people I told came to get them from Ajouhaar I am pleased to market them by word of mouth. I love the coarseness of their mince its not very finely minced. The most friendliest warm service from all the young people behind the counter. keep up the good work. rare combination to find excellent product and service at reasonable prices. must say 'Top Top Quality & Service'. I never seem to be unsatissfied. I always get more than what I went for. The staff always greet you with big smiles and always serve you with their utmost best. The meat is A-grade and I love the variety viennas and sausages. The chicken and steak skewers are always a hit in my house especially when I have guests.
