No, Precious. That is not the full story. You did not pay an additional amount for a PA system. You paid the additional amount for a larger coach. We had you booked on a 60 seater coach with a/con and PA system. Your group increased in size and at first we could only offer you a 78 seater without a/con or PA system. Your statement to me was it was more important to accommodate the extra passengers. We, at the last minute were able to provide a 69 seater with a/con. The driver did not advise anyone that the PA/ microphone had stopped working during a trip that morning and you only discovered and reported this to us when your group was well on its way to Thohoyandou - hours out of Johannesburg - and I told you if we stopped the coach at that point there would be at least 4 hours delay to switch coaches. The coach was of good quality and did the complete services. My apologies for the disappointment due to the microphone not working.
