Astro Gates & Automation - Pinetown

Roven installed my gate motor in 2018. I specifically requested D5 EVO.2021 I wanted to add a new remote.That is when I noticed This guys robbed me and installed CP80 PCB old type instead of Evo PCB.The motor cover is had EVO written on it but inside its not.I called ******** explained my issue...They never came back to me/answer my calls.I am so disappointed with this company.yesterday I went to SMK security distributer me to buy myself a D5 smart.Because of this company I will never buy motors or anything from installers since I got robbed.

Astro gate is an amazing company,I had a break at my house,an needed my gate and motor to be sorted and it was done ASAP, called Astro gates, they were so promt, reliable, and price was absolutely reasonable.

Hi my name is Denis from Gessner road kingsburgh i rate astro 100% percent for good an honest work. i sent them a email , the owner phoned me , an made an appointment to come out and he was very punctual. he emailed a quote an i agreed an even put in a deposit .the job was done in 2 days and my motor was not functional for a year, because the previous company i used was never reliable. i will recommend astro to anyone for a job well done.its hard to find good honest reliable companies these days.

Well the owner promised to replace my motor and the track as well as he agreed it was dangerous to have a faulty gate. He agreed to do the job and even quoted me he then stated he would be there first thing in the morning, he then agreed to return at 14h00 as he stated he was in the area and it was no problem HE HOWEVER THEN FAILED TO ARRIVE, HE DID NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS, HE DID NOT ANSWER SMS'S, HE DID NOT ANSWER EMAILS AND TO DATE MY GATE IS STILL FAULT. VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY KLOOF RESIDENT

Astro gates is a good company to work with. they did such good steelwork an automation for my gates. very honest and efficient.recommend them to anyone

I live in hillcrest an had a problem with my gate motor and called many companies. with no help. i called astro gates and was helped over the phone on how to release my motor manually. and in a few minutes time astro's god send came out and sorted out my motor, and they were honest and only charged me a call out, because my garden boy had used the plug point and forgot to plug in motor power. i will recommend astro gates to any one.
