Addresses and landlines provided by the advertiser, are incorrect. He doesn't work from there, he doesn't stay there, one landline is disconnected, others are not his contact numbers at all. There are various websites and ads connected to him and on all sites, the info is incorrect. he was paid to render services and never pitched to do so.

On 31 March 2015 I signed the maintenance contract with the owner. Every quarter certain maintenance will be done....it is now 5 and a half months later and NO maintenance was done yet. The first maintenance was scheduled to be done the 4th of June - I am still waiting. Numerous repairs was invoiced and paid but only half was done. I was told that he has 3 teams to do the work and that the house outside, the kitchen and lounge will be painted, the vibacrete wall will be raised within 2 weeks. Then, a week and a half thereafter the safety gate will be raised. I am still waiting. I've taken the matter to my legal insurance.
