COMPANY PROFILE:

Microcomp started off as a computer dealer, but we later on realized that there is a huge demand for the recycling of electronic waste and we decided to change our main Business to electronic recycling. Our company has been growing steadily and although small, is currently becoming one of the main players in the Northern Gauteng region and North West.

Microcomp Electronic Recycles provides services to all Companies, the Electronics Industry, Government etc. through collection of Electronic scrap from customer sites and the collecting and disposing of excess and redundant equipment, warehouse clear outs as well as computer room clear outs. This scrap is then dismantled and sold to a company which is ISO 14001 certified, where the precious metal contents are

recovered and the rest of the waste disposed of according to all environmental safety standards.

The company is registered in the name of Ms O du Plessis and managed by Mr Cor du Plessis. There are currently two full time black employees.
