I am a trained professional in possession of a BA Degree in Theological Studies & Pastoral Counselling. I am registered with the Council for Counselors South Africa, registration number CO 2066.

I believe that addiction is a very complicated and involved issue. It affects many people, not only the person in active addiction. That is why I have tailored specific outpatient based treatment / counselling programs to suit my client’s needs.

My programs (after assessment) will be directly focused on one of the following issues:
• Drug Addiction
• Alcohol Addiction
• Co-dependency
• Identity / Helping the client move forward (life coaching)
• Trauma
• Grief
• 12 Step Programs (twice a week)
• Support Groups

I am able to accept people unconditionally, have excellent listening skills, possess knowledge of various counselling techniques and how to apply them in context. I have the capacity to accept anyone (without judgement). Most importantly, I have been there. I have experienced addiction first hand having had a child in addiction.
