We found that Tony solved our problems and stopped them for occurring again; Dailytech now also does our backups and checks them and reports any problems to us daily. The remote support is so much more in line with our budget too.
Mr. Hall from DailyTech was punctual and couteous, and assisted us with our computer problems at a very reasonable rate. We had other IT service companies here, but even though they were cheaper, they also did a cheap jop. Others were more expensive but sent junior staff who were on the phone calling other people to help them fix problems.
I am now using Dailytech daily!

Daily Tech is totally fabulous. I have dealt with many a computer technician in my life, and most of them are not interested in long term solutions, as this would mean less income for them in most cases.
