I visited the consulate general today and had the misfortune of being exposed to the most bitter, rude, arrogant self centred poor excuse for a receptionist I have ever had the displeasure to have come across. Elizabeth the young lady at the reception desk is helpfull and pleasant but the other sour crout should not even be allowed to work in a sewerage dump...

I was there to see the secretary to the Consulate General Mr.Jose M and she said I must come back at 2pm which I did. Upon greeting the same horrific treatment started all over again and I was told hes not there and they will not call me back even though I wrote a message and left my card for him to respond to my request.

I am shocked and appaled that individuals of such low class and calibre man the front desk of an International Consulate, she brought shame on the consulate. This was indeed the worst service I have ever received in my life.
