Hi, i purchased a washing machine at OK Furnishers, Paarl in Sept.2016. Up until this day i have not received ONE monthly statement after many requests that it be emailed but nothing and because i cannot make my payments on time because i have no statement i was referred to Rainbow finance. I informed them that i dont' know by when my account must be paid as i do not get statements/invoices as per my several requests. I was told today (11/08/2017) that i must pay by tomorrow. i said ok i'll pay via EFT. they told me i cannot i have to go to the branch or a Standard bank, within 2 days, which is impossible for me to do due to my work circumstances. So i cannot pay via EFT either??? I dont have the time to stand in q's or go to the branch that is why i have INTERNET / CELLPHONE BANKING!!
I will settle the account in full next week and NEVER purchase from them again.
I am currently a customer of OK furnatures in Eldorado Park and is very unhappy with teh way Rainbow finance handle my account .
A guy called Boiky came to my house stating that I am one month in arrears and the payment made on the 07.12.2014 shows a different amount as the balance compared to the statement he had
I would like explanation how can two systems give different amounts R10 947.82 after payment made on the 07.12.2014 with an arrears amount of (R731.09) when asked about this amount in the store I was explained by a cashier that it is in advance hence the minus amount

We settle the account a year ago, never got a call or email, nothing.. n month ago we got a letter from Attorneys that we owe them money!! we called on our expenses but they didn't care!
we had to settle the account AGAIN because THEY made a mistake!!! AGAIN!!!
now they ask as AGAIN to pay another R500 to finally settle the account AGAIN!!!
how much do we need to pay?! we've settle the account the second time for their mistake and now they say we must pay another R500 the the account!!

I HAVE A PROBLEM MY SLEEPER COUCH NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT AS IT WAS FAULTY SINCE THE DAY IT ARRIVED I HAVE INFORMED MY SALES CONSULTANT I REALLY WANTED THE EXACT COUCH SO THEY SAID THE GOING TO SEE IF THEY HAVE IN STOCK HOWEVER THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK I THEN SAID THAT THEY SHOULD REMOVE THE COUCH FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NEVER DID UP TO DATE I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THE COACH INCLUDING OTHER ITEMS .PURCHASE WAS MADE IN DECEMBER AND NOW I WAS INFORMED THAT I WILL HAVE T REAPPLY FOR CREDIT WHY IS THAT ?I AM REALLY UPSET .PLEASE ADVISE .
I need to find out why is your staff so rude when they calling for arrears account.
If any person falls into arrears surely there is a valid reason.
I don't see why must the debt collector be rude. Do you charge interest on a daily basis?
