How will I know if my layer is over changing me on my pay amount from the RAF, I had a case that i was following of Johannesburg where a client was over judged based on the Contingency fee and I'm also under the same fee with my layer but He promised me fairness. And last question am I liable to pay the cost of previous lawyer for the work he did before he was liquidated by the lawyer society because my lawyer talked about this but in briefly.
