I have waited over a week now for a OBF(out of box failure-new phone) phone, firstly they cannot even get it right to access my phone after me sending it to them a few times how to access my phone, Hendrik at Autopage Centurion has a real no care attitude, I keep going back they never come back to me, Nobody at Head office could help me on Friday as ALL supervisors/managers were in meetings when I called, yesterday i went back to centurion mall branch spoke to Willy then when i went back 15 min later his phone was off and he was on lunch with no report back on my phone, i left him a e mail to call me after lunch i eventually phoned him after 3pm, he said he will call me back now with progress on my phone I AM still waiting for the call....Everyone out there be very careful who you sign contracts with as this service is pathetic even cancelling this contract is a MAJOR issue as I am even trying to do that now.

I just received my July billing today. I was shocked to find out that on this particular number I was billed R 922.52.
THIS SIM CARD HAS NOT BEEN IN USE FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF JUNE SO i DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I`M GETTING BILLED FOR DATA I DID NOT USE. I called in today but to no avail. I was given a reference
number and said my complaint will be escalated and I will not get billed for data I did not use . Eugen from the call centre was not much help to me ..I was given the ref. no . ********...By the end of this month I will get billed in total R1,436.17 I AM DISGUSTED....You guys do not listen to the customer . I have a valid complaint...I am not going to pay for data I did not use. You guys abuse our trust.

Their service is bullshit, I had mtn contract with them and it was Hawaii tablet worth R1800.00. I end up owing the over R2000.00 and after they deducted the amount over R2000 I reversed in and my sim card was closed but to my shock, the following my month my bill was at R9000.00 and when I call them I was told that I have used a lot of data. Month after that, It went to R********.00. guest how much I was paying monthly, R199.00 but hardly a year, I owe the Over R11 000.00 and they even took me to their legal team
