Watch out!! Zando are not the same company that they used to be. Check reviews before you buy online
DO NOT BUY FROM ZANDO. They are a complete scam. . I ordered a dress from Zando and when I received the dress it smelled like body odour. I requested a return on the dress, which they collected from me. I then recieved an email saying that the refund was rejected since the dress smelled. I explained to them that the smell was already there when I received it, but they still refuse to refund me. I should not have received the dress in that state in the first place! Now I am being blamed for it. Unfortunately Zando are not the same company that they used to be. Either they have new ownership or have decided to rely on their previously good name to start scamming customers. By reading other reviews it seems that they either fail to deliver products that customers have paid for and if they do deliver, they intentionally send incorrect, damaged or inferior products and refuse refunds when these items are returned. I have learned my lesson to check reviews before buying online even if you have bought from the company before. I would never have bought from them if I had known beforehand that they have a 2.2 star rating on Google and a 2.8 out of 10 trust index rating on www.hellopeter.com

SERVICE NON EXSISTANT
MY ORDER PLACED ON THE 4 DECEMBER WAS NOT DELIVERED, AFTER MANY MAILS WITH NO RESPONSES I CALLED IN AND WAS ASSURE OF DELIVERY LAST WEEK FRIDAY

I WAITED ALL DAY AND NOBODY PITCHED. SERVICE IS ON THE DECLINE FOR A WHILE AND NO CLIENT CARE OR CONCERN IS EVIDENT

Appauling service
I bought a wig from Zando, the wrong item was received. I logged a return and for more than a week I am struggling to get it collected. I have emailed, I have called and still no luck. This is the worst service ever. If you want to be frustrated buy from Zando. Their client care is pathetic and should just close down if they are unable to resolve client issues to satisfaction.

Customer service is wack
I ordered shoes early November and its January now and I still have not received them. I send numerous emails to customer service and I have not been responded to, I tried calling and I wait on the line for close to 10 minutes and still no answer .. I am actually considering lodging with consumer protection.

RETURNS TO ZANDO
I have placed an order with zando and returned it. the refund was given to me on the 10 November and on the 13 November the refund reversed. I have been trying since the 13 November to get back my money. This worse company ever to deal with.

I bought shoes and they were delivered on the 22nd November 2016. Unfortunately they didn't fit me because of the make. I lodged a return. I was informed collection will be done the next day,they was never collected. I have sent several emails. Up to date the collection has not been done.

Ordered from them 10 days ago and haven't heard anything from them since.

Does anyone have contact details other then the ones on their website as they don't answer the phones or emails that are being sent...worst part is we ordered with a 3 day delivery..
