No after hours contact
We bought a KD Smart electric wheelchair and soon after it arrived the joystick gave problems and we received very efficient service from Larry Smith in getting it changed. But my complaint is that there is no contact number for after hour problems which arise with it. The first time I was able to sort out the problem by adjusting the freewheel clutch but this time it is electronic and gives a fault code not listed in the manual. Now Saturday afternoon and my wife needs it working on Monday. Very frustrated!!!

I have had very good response from both Manfred and Larry who have kept me updated on the situation. I am just concerned that the chair is not quite a tough for travel as it is made out to be.

Thank you for the Wonderful service. I placed my order at 9.30am on Monday morning. Transferred the money into your bank at 11am. Parcel was shipped same day and the courier delivered it 10am Wednesday morning to my doorstep in Johannesburg. Great quality and best price anywhere, even with courier charges added.

I can only recommend your service and company. I will use your company again when I need other similar products

Had bad experience with Primacare. They shipped second hand goods as new and after battle, did not return all the money paid to them.

We have nothing to show for this..
