I believe you are well.
To whom it may concern;
I ordered a tombstone for my deceased father and already made payment on the 22-02-2019
They promised that the stone would be delivered after 4 - 6 weeks we are now running on 8 weeks and my patience is wearing thin. My fathers unveiling is in May on the 4th and I still have not received the tombstone... What will I be unveiling with no stone???? Invitations have already been sent out.
Please explain to me how you run a business with guarantee but no delivery??
Every time I Phone and complain then they postpone delivery to the next week.
This is unacceptable
I am very stressed and my leave starts on the 22nd of April. How am I supposed to plan the unveiling when we don't even know if there is going to be a stone to unveil.
