Site work, mechanical installations and on-site maintenance are also an integral part of the company’s service offering. Stellenbosch Premier Manufacturers has experienced substantial growth over the past ten years. It now employs up to 60 people during peak manufacturing periods and depends on the amount and size of the contracts being fulfilled at any given time. The continued development of employees is another area in which Premier Manufacturers shows its commitment. Many of the company’s staff has joined Premier Manufacturers directly after leaving school. Others were previously unemployed. The company, through its apprenticeship program has managed to train these staff from unskilled labourers to experienced artisans.
