Cuelet Car Hire - Johannesburg

I rent a car for a month, 5050 car all cover, cheap? not really:
- firstly, the car is a very old cheverolet spark lite, with no even air condition, (johannesburg in summer...) no assisted direction....
- second, as the car is really old (and all the cars they have) the tires get de-inflated all the time with the heat, their reply : you can call AA and change the tires if you want. This after trying to call them many times...
But the worst: I cannot drive this car under safety so I said to them to pick the cur 4 days before the contract finish and they agree to reimburse the rest of the money....one week later, still waiting, and this guy (JUSTIN and his colleague Warren) don't reply to my calls.
Not profesional at all!! if you can choose another one.
ah! i almost forget, when they send you to take the car, be careful, is in a very bad zone of the city, very unsafe!!
