(1.Remote Support - R750 P/M This includes Unlimited Remote Support and 1x Onsite visit per month.Any additional onsite visits will be billed at R400 per hour on this contract.)
(2.Business Hour Support - R1500 P/M This includes Unlimited Remote Support and 4x Onsite visits per month any additional onsite visits will be billed at R350 per hour on this contract.)
(3.Unlimited Support - R2500 P/M This Includes Unlimited Remote Support and Unlimited Onsite Support.)
